Do you substitute items in your Gifts?
Yes. We have to. We do our best to ship all products exactly as they are on our website, but often we need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to fill an order. We won't adjust the price. We do attempt to use a higher value item when it is necessary to substitute.
What is your shipping cut-off time?
If order is placed before 2:00pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we ship the same day 99.9% of the time.
Can I select by shipping date?
Yes. At the time you place your order you may select a shipping date as much as 30 days in the future.
Can you guarantee my shipment will reach it's recipient at a specific date?
No delivery date is guaranteed unless Next Day or 2nd Day shipment method is chosen and paid for by the customer. However, Company will use its best efforts to deliver on or near the 'Expected Delivery Date' as shown on the website at the time of order for all shipping methods.
My shipment did not arrive on time, can you give me a credit?
Yes. In the event Company fails to ship a product on time and it fails to arrive on time, a $10.00 Courtesy Shipping Credit can be requested. This does not apply to bulk orders which takes much more time and resources to create and ship.

What size order is considered a Bulk Rate?
Any shipment which contains more than 10 of the same product whether is is going to a single address or multiple addresses is considered a Bulk Order. Please call or E-mail me so I can check the availability to fill your large orders.
